Singapore Trip (18-19 October 2008) - Day 1

Reach Singapore at 11 something.. The duration from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore just need 4 hours plus plus... Once we reach there, We wait our dearest friends at Horbour Point Mall (The bus stop at HarbourFront) due to the Tourist Pass only Available at 12pm at HarbourFront MRT station.

This Tourist Pass is very valuable for Tourist especially take MRT whole day. It only cost SGD8 for 1 day. If 2 days will be SGD16. Recommend to buy..

Then we meet Chen How at Raffles Place for the MRT passes and travel to Orchard Road (Dhoby Ghaut MRT). This place have a lot shopping mall. Very suitable for girl to do windows shoppings... After few hours walk.. and since we all also guys.. we decided go back and have rest first.. So took the MRT back to Tampines... our dearest fren house..

Next destination.. we need refill our stomach.. went East Coast Lagoon Food Village (Bedok MRT-take taxi). This place is nearby the seaside only.. Many family, couple and friends.. having activities such as cycle, swimming, picnic, and play sand... If I stay at SG.. This will be my favourite place to go.. can enjoy various of food and relax ur mind beside seaside.. Recommend to taste the fired chicken wings.. Syok..

East Coast Lagoon Food Village

The next destination.. Geylang (Kallang MRT). Have a look at "professional entertainment worker". Un expected this area is so crowded and happening.. But certain place at Geylang... not recommend to bring girlfriend, family or girls (noted that).. But it really open my eyes what happen at there.. haha

Without delay.. have a small walk at Chinatown (Chinatown MRT). When i reach there.. it quite unique.. so traditional... can buy a lot made chinese style product.. especially you can buy some Singapore T-shirt at here, key-chain, souveniers... But sadly.. Around 9:45pm.. the shop start to close... so.. we just walk 1 street and back to station..

Next destination.. Boat Quay/Clarke Quay (Clarke Quay MRT). My first impression is... WOW.. good place for dating.. It is very nice view especially at night.. You can enjoy a boat ride, have chitchat with the loved one at river side, have some drink with friends at bar or pub.. This view was almost the same with Darling Harbour, Sydney. It is a very interesting place.
